Checkweigher System, Optiweigh, model IW 15000 is primarily used for weighing and segregating the packs for low or high weight, during packing. The checkweigher is easy to integrate in any existing line and occupies less space.
The system consists of Inlet, weighing and Exit conveyor. The exit conveyor has a suitable rejection mechanism, which works on pneumatic supply.
Typically this system is useful in Food, FMCG & Pharmaceutical sectors for warehousing solutions.Integration with other devices like bar code reader & ink jet printer can also be made available for specific requirements.
